I would have given 5 stars but my only disappointment was a few cans were dented and I don't buy dented cans. It may have occurred in shipping not sure. I will buy from again.

I was directed here by a discount. The selection is excellent and shipping is fast. Overall I am pleased.

It was great not having to trek 15 miles to the store to get supplies for my pets in this bitter, cold weather.

A great service but often order delivery is late and I have to scramble to go buy dog food at the grocery store to hold me over.

I have been using PetFlow for about 2 years now. I like the convenience of having a specialty cat food delivered to my home, and it is a better price than I can find in local pet stores. However, friends I've told about PetFlow have found that the brands of cat foods they use are actually more expensive than in the stores, so your mileage may vary. When there was a recall on the cat food I use, PetFlow sent me a coupon so I could try something else at a reduced price - nice. The only real difficulty I have ever had is with adjusting the timing of my shipments. Twice I have gotten a "we are shipping soon message unless you adjust it" email and I DID go in and adjust it, but the shipment arrived anyway. I solved that by deactivating my account completely until I was ready to start shipments again.
