It's just so very nice to have the heavy things delivered! My cat's kitty litter has always been the biggest chore; to buy, to haul home, & naturally to carry toward the "kitty pan place". The delivery is a chore I need not worry about. Also my cat's nutrition is paramount, so purchasing quality food for him is vital, & having it delivered helps in ways I cannot count. ;o) Thank you for a good box delivered, well packed, everything in it's place, nothing damaged, & right on time. Plus it's so amusing to watch Mister Tibbs (aka Stinky) do what comes naturally; crawl into the box! With sincere appreciation, Cherie J.

I found this site while shopping for special treats for my dog. I am amazed at what they have to offer!! I have ordered twice so far and I must say, they deliver fast shipping. My only con is that they haven't offered free shipping for repeat customers or special discounts.

One of my dog has allergies and I have to order a grain-free, poultry-free kibble for her. PetFlow had the best price for my brand (Wellness Core) and offers subscription deliveries so I purchased 2 35-lb bags of kibble, with a subscription to have 2 bags delivered every 12 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery came faster than I expected, but both large bags of kibble had been crammed into one box and the box was mostly demolished (most of the tape had ripped along the seams and the top flaps were torn from where it looked like the delivery guy was trying to get a grip). Also, the box was so heavy (70 lbs) that I had trouble moving it and I can imagine that its weight contributed to rough handling and the condition of the box. We'll see what condition the next shipment arrives in, but I might split my shipments so that I'm only receiving one bag at once. 5 stars for product and service, -1 star for the condition of the shipment.

I've used Pet Flow mainly for dog food but only when the price is better than my local pet store. Shipping is good and CS has been responsive. Would consider other products but not very good price plus have to deal with the shipping charge. They need to wrap shipping into the price so it eliminate this added cost or do something similar to Amazon Prime.
