Good variety of products, but included an odd wine coupon in care package
I was shopping for a thank you present for someone I'd never met who had done my mother-in-law a favor. (Well, the gift was for her cat, but we figured that would show our gratitude.) This person received the thank you care package for her cat, but also received a coupon for wine. I had never met this person before, and she called us to ask why we had included a wine certificate. It turns out she was a recovering alcoholic. As far as we can tell, the products were fine. However, the company should never include a coupon for wine for a first-time customer. That is simply too loaded a marketing trick, and it turned out very sticky for us.
