Dog food arrived promptly and was well packaged. We were pleased.

I love pet flow and always order my pet supplies from them. It's easy to use and the shipping is great... i just wish they limited their emails to no more than 1 a month. I would unsubscribe but I love the coupon codes too much!

I like the healthy treats and food supplied by PetFlow; also through them I found a site for dog food stamps. Amazing. My dog loves everything, and I want to keep Hunny healthy.

I relaly love pet flow the only downside is once you commit to a cycle and delivery options, you cant use a lot of the good promo codes. I wish they offered better incentives for returning customers.

I received confirmation that my order has shipped, although I have not received it yet. I ordered a prescription food for my cat. PetFlow's prices are better than those of the local store, and I don't have to carry the case of food. My only suggestion would be to get this particular food (Hill's Science Diet Feline c/d) in more than just the chicken flavor, please.

I've only ordered once from PetFlow and I was prompted to do so by a coupon I received. PetFLow carries the "fancy" brand - Orijen - of kibble I prefer to feed my two large, active dogs so getting the coupon was a great introduction. We received the huge bag nicely packaged in a reasonably sized box in less than two days' time from when I ordered. Initially I didn't sign up for the automatic reorder option because it was my first order, but once I received the kibble on time and exactly right, I changed my mind. Before I remembered to go back to the PetFlow website, a really nice guy called to ask if I was happy with my order and to explain more about the reordering option. After his explanation I was even more sure that PetFlow provides a great solution for me. This is one less thing to remember to stop for and PetFlow's pricing is competitive with my former source for the kibble. I signed up by phone for the automatic reorder option and received an email confirmation within hours. There was some confusion in the email about what the recurring price was, so I just emailed back and got a speedy reply clearing things up for me. Provided the automatic reorder option (which won't start for another two weeks) is as seamless as my initial encounters with PetFlow, I will upgrade my review to 5 stars for certain.

I was very pleased at the selection and the special offers that PetFlow.com has. I placed my first order and received it well before my expectations. The only negative part of the entire experience would have to be the packaging my order came in. My order included Qty. 10 small pet botanicals trial food rolls and because everything was just placed in a large envelope, the envelop looks to have broken open in shipping and I only received 7 of the 10 I ordered. They were only .99 cents each so I did not bother making a complaint however I wanted to include that in this review so they may read this and hopefully take better care in preparing their shipments.

I love all the items I ordered; they were of great quality, as well as for a great price. Then only reservation I have is, I submitted two orders two days in a roll and my second order came within a day or two, from my hometown. On the other hand, my first order came out of New Jersey and took over a week. However, once I received my order (both orders) were packed very well and I love all items.
