Although you might pay a bit more buying from PetFlow, to me, the convenience is well worth it, especially since I feed my cats a high-quality food that is not available in the typical grocery store.

The pork ears that I ordered were way to small for the price, so glad they have my cat food,stores don't seem to carry anymore. Would really like to know which toys squeak and which don't. I will try them again!!

The check out could have been a little smoother - not having more products to decline buying (not doubling the order was confusing).

Only problem issue was all 3 cases of canned dog food as well as bag of dry food was packed in same carton making it impossible to lift. I felt I needed a forklift. In future it would be easier if it was in smaller and lighter cartons. Thanks.

I have 4 babies, a min pin, maltpoo, chihuahua and mixed ?, all inside doges and they don't no that they are dog's, They love the pig ears, buffalo bully stix, piggy twist, blue salmon entree' and they love the crunchy duck chews, wen you have you 1 cent item's, returning customer should be able to get up two 4, however my babies are very happy with your products, I am not very happy with your female customer service rep. the guys since to be more helpful, I had a problem with a charge on my pay pal account and was try to get some help. GUESS WHAT STILL WAITING.

It is very confusing to do one time and repeat orders. But the customer service is great and helpful and they will do it for you.

Ordering from PetFlow is easy, hassle free, and shipping is fast. I would give them 5 stars except that they package the whole order in one box, and heavier items are in with lighter items, for example a heavy case of canned wet dog food is shipped in the same box as smaller more delicate items like a box or bag of dog biscuits, with only paper or cardboard between the items, with all the tossing and turning packages go through it arrives partially crushed, as I have small dogs this isn't a huge issue since I usually break the biscuits in half anyway, but it would be nice to receive them in separate boxes and not crushed and broken, we avoid this issue by ordering treat orders separate from food orders.
