I know the product line I buy, just not very familiar with PetFlow so it is hard to rate at this point.

My sister sent me the site for PetFlow.com as she had ordered items from it in the past for her pup. The site is easy to navigate and the discounted items are a great value. I received my order in remarkable time, 2-3 days later. I will recommend this site to my friends and fellow animal lovers.

Very easy, reasonable prices & receive package in a reasonable time. However did not receive full order. Ordered 3 different items & only received 2.

The only downside was that the little yappy fuzzballs stole the kitty toys and won't play with their own! Aw well. We will work it out. Thank you.

I love the idea of the flashing light on my dogs, especially since we live in a rural area and our dogs have dark coats. It makes them hard to see when we let them out for their evening run. The flashers allow for me to keep track of where they are at. The dogs lost their flashers the first night out, although the clip remained firmly fastened to their collars. I do not believe the lights are connected to the clips well enough to keep them from being easily separated (from the clip) if the dog passes under (or through) spaces, bushes or brush that might catch on the light, or even separate from the clip after a good long roll in the grass. When that happens they move on without the identifying light and the purpose of having them on in the first place is lost. This is a product issue - not a service issue. I will not purchase this product, as it is, again and will share what I have learned with fellow pet owners. Many have dog doors that may produce the same result, depending on the style of access door.

Shipping service is somewhat "spotty" = one time it's 'fast shipping', fast, -- and the next time, items that are common, take a long to be shipped & received - this is just 'plain' shipping! But - the Customer Service, over-the-phone- is really outstanding! I thank you for this!

My 3 Labs loved the assortment of jerky treats they tried! I didn't like having to use a knife to open the singly wrapped ones though, seemed a little dangerous. We will definitely be trying more options.

They only thing that really stands out to me as needing improvement is the coupon codes. I always forget to use them and miss out on the sale. It would be great if you could offer the discount without the customer having to jump through a bunch of hoops.
