I orderd the licky sticks for my 2 boys, when I got the conformation page I realized I only orderd one, I immediately logged in and changed the order to 2, but still only recieved one. When I asked why my order wasn't changed I was told the product was so popular that the product was completely sold out, however as soon as I read this girls e-mail, I ordered 2 more sticks that where supposed to be sold out! Now I paid twice the shipping costs as I should have. Tell your customer service reps that they shouldn't lie to paying cusotmers!!!!

you have no idea how to serve customers. We depend on you to deliver the food we need when we need it. My dog has special dietary requirements and you back ordered food without proactively notifying me multiple times and after I contacted you and said that was unacceptable. You should have called. I have dissed you on every online rating service I can find. Congratulations on losing a 300.00 per three weeks customer.

Doesn't mention they were made in China Doesn't mention they are not safe for human consumption (so why would we risk them on our pets) Doesn't mention that the label reads to wash hands after handling (only potentially harmful products use this labeling) Give this to my pets, NEVER. Despite the fact that with my order I notified customer service that I wanted no substitutions, the company shipped the right brand but wrong product.
