The product was great but the sizes run a little small. The lights worked great and was easy to change from one function to another. Next time I will order the next size up for my dog. Still satisfied with the product though.

This is the first company I have used that deliveries pet products. I was pleased to receive my dog food in a timely manner. My only disappointment was receiving one damaged can of wet dog food out of a case. I am not sure if it was damaged from the warehouse or through the delivery service. I hope my next order will arrive with all products in perfect condition.

easy and quick

Appreciated the buy on the brand of dog food I use and no shipping which would have stopped the deal for me. Ido think I'm getting too many emails. After all, I can't get a bag of food that will last a long time and the next day get an email asking me to buy again. Too much.

This was my first time on PetFlow and it won't be my last. Good select for dogs and cats. Thanks.

My order arrived intact and in a timely fashion

I have now ordered about three times now, ordered cat and dog food and then I ordered 2 boxes of FRESH STEP cat liter. The food came no problem.. The liter however was leaking one of the boxes had been slit somehow. I called PETFLOW they were very accommodating sent me a new box of liter and I did nit need to return the damaged box. I was Very satisfied with the service.

I needed food for my dog that is diabetic. I was a little disappointed on how long it took for my order to get here (2 1/2 weeks). The prices were actually a little higher than if I bought it at my vet, when you add in the shipping.
