This is my first time using Petflow and I have found the experience pleasurable. However, the very first shipment that I received with incorrect. I had received dog food, yet my order was for cat food. Even the shipping box label said cat food. That oversight was quickly remedied by calling petflow. They quickly apologized and fixed the issue expeditiously. Given their customer service, I would continue to use and recommend their business to other pet owners.

I received two large bags in a timely manner, however I thought the bags were vacuumed sealed. One bag was and one wasn't. The upside is knowing I will never run out of dog food.

The price was great and the items arrived fairly quick. I did not know when to expect delivery and that was my only negative.

Good service but pricing only works when a special is offered. I love this service but I'd like to see special offers applied to each "auto-ship" order.

The deals Petflow has to offer are amazing and the merchandise is of good grade. It's so easy to order online and the delivery is fast.

I found Petflow to have good prices on dog food. When I had a concern about an elk antler, it was handled to my satisfaction. My only criticism is that I am receiving too many emails from the company. I'm not yet willing to unsubscribe since I did find two products advertised to my liking but daily emails are too much.
