EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND ORDERED WITH EXCEPTION TO DOG FOOD DISH, I AM SURE THE PICTURE WAS A LARGER WATER DISH WITH A LITTLE SIDE DISH ATTACHED FOR THE FOOD. INSTEAD I RECIEVED A VERY LARGE STAINLESS DISH, MY 5 # PUPPY WILL NEVER USE THIS AND WHAT I THOUGHT I ORDERED I DID NOT GET, I AM SO SURE I ORDERED THE ONE PICTURED THAT NOW I AM AFRAID TO REODER THE ONE I WANTED , I HATE ORDERING ON LINE BECAUSE IT IS MORE BOTHER TO RETURN ITEMS SO I AM SURE ONE OF MY FRIENDS WITH LARGER DOG WILL APPREIATE THIS MISTAKE . I WILL CONTINUE TO LOOK FOR THE SMALL ONE AT STORES.

I have placed a few orders on PetFlow, plus I recently decided to try auto-ship for dog chow. Deliveries were fast and well packaged. Shipping cost is fair, but free is always best. My rating is shy one star, because shipping is not free and because I was unable to cancel an auto-ship order on line. This company wants you to call them if you want to change or cancel auto-ship.

This rug is great for our labradoodle and has helped us out so far on those rainy days. The moisture is pulled away from his paws and we don't have to spend so much time cleaning/wiping before he comes inside. We haven't had this long but so far, very promising and a time saver! So far only 4 stars since we haven't had the rug very long.

I got some good to amazing deals on dog products I buy on a regular basis. Merrick's grain free dog food was a good price, the poop bags were an astoundingly low price and the treats I grabbed, just to try, were on sale, too. The shipment arrived pretty fast but the problem was that only one strip of packing tape was used and the large, flat box held about 30lbs of goods, counting the 25lb food and extras. The box looked fine but had popped open at the tape seam while in transit and my stuff must have been battered around outside the packaging for a bit. Everything was delivered but my dog food bag was torn in several places and that means it was unsealed to the elements/pests and that some of it DID fall out. There was a cupful of kibble in the bottom of the box alone, not to say what may have fallen out when the bag got thrashed while outside the box. 5 stars for the products and 2 stars for the packaging. I rounded up to 4 because if they just put an extra strip of tape on the heavy shipments then this problem would be avoided in the future. I would try them again, for sure.

I used Petflow for the first time to order prescription and non-prescription food for our dogs. While things didn't go perfectly (Petflow's third-part vet service took awhile to connect with my vet to get a prescription transferred) the folks at Petflow held up their end of the bargain. They responded quickly and pleasantly to my questions and stayed on the issue until it was resolved. The non-prescription portion of my order when very smoothly. The site is easy to use, the company does a good job letting you know the status of your order and the products arrived to our door quickly. I will be using Petflow again in the future

The only thing that was difficult for me was to receive 2 bags in on box - 60 pounds was a bit much to carry into the house. Otherwise, great service, great deal, very prompt.
