PETFLOW DIDN'T BOTHER TO PULL EXPIRED FOOD FROM THEIR SHELVES. my pets got sick. One food had expired more than NINE months before and the other SIX. My cats became ill, very ill and had to go to the vet. No apology, no concern as to my pets health, nothing. Customer service person could not have been more APATHETIC if she tried. Interestingly? And the reason I was given for the error from customer service person?, was that there was new system getting installed and it was just an accident. Well reading these other reviews, it seems like it's still going on. Not. A. Word. not. a. single. kind. word. or. apology. Who the heck sells EXPIRED food? I covered myself before I even bought the food and called and asked about expiration dates. Bottom line PETFLOW DIDN'T BOTHER TO PULL EXPIRED FOOD FROM THEIR SHELVES. my pets got sick.

The routing said that my order was shipped in a timely fashion and Fedex said that it delivered the shipment to my door. It was not there as stated. Fedex says that they delivered it and Petflow says they cannot help. I am out the 60 plus dollars and had to scramble to get food. I have been in this house for 30 years. I frequently get delieveries to the door sometimes very expensive ones and have never had one "go missing" I will not use PetFlow again.

I was out of town when my package arrived and this was my first time ordering from Pet Flow. I had ordered two packages of food for my Boxer. I got one package, but the other seems to be catfood! Obviously I have no need for catfood and am very, very disappointed in this experience. I dont think that i could ever set up an automatic delivery, since I am now completely unsure that what I would get would be what I ordered!

My order arrived (2 15lb bags of dogfood, mini-size) with all taped sides of the box ripped (poor quality of tape used) and dog food spilling out. One bag has torn open and all the dog food had spilled into the box, and out of the box all along it's path from the company to my house. Bag was half empty by the time it got to my house (lost about 7.5 lbs of 15 lbs of food). Filler in the box was minimal (not enough). Had it been packaged correctly, and good shipping materials intended to hold the type of products this company ships, it would have been fine. There was absolutely no excuse for the way my order was packaged. I called the company, left a message, with my phone number numerous times and received no call-back. I will not order from company again due to missing customer support services.

Received order w/ about 1/3 cans being dented. Company wrote very nice email apologizing and asking for photos. I emailed the photos back right away, and have not heard anything since I received this note saying "Your opinion matters! Please share a review." Seem like nice people who are not ready for prime time. (Also seems expensive - even with the delivery fee waived).

I ordered 3 of these. They took more than a week to get delivered and 2 of them had dead batteries.

I had items in my 'cart' and once I found out how much shipping cost were going to be, I chose to 'cancel'. The order was placed anyway. My 'cancel' was ignored. I emailed a note immediately. It was ignored.

I know this didn't cost very much money, but I still expected it to work. I paid for a LIGHT to hook onto my dogs collar...not just a cheap piece of plastic that does absolutly nothing. I am highly disappointed!
