I received a crate in 2 days and it was half of the price of the big box stores. What is not to like?

did not get all of my items that I had ordered. They said i would be getting a credit on my account but i still have not seen that. Products are amazing..

The water rug, saw them in other places for $10-sweet to have free shipping as well!

My only issue is that you can't really see the paw prints. I purchased the burgundy rug and it's thick and soft and I love that, and possibly once its been washed a couple of times you may be able to see the paw print pattern but not right now. Possibly if they had used a double wide stitch it might have been more apparent like in the ad. BUT it is a great rug and I would buy another in a minute!

I was pleased to find Prescription Diet on the PetFlow.com website at a better price than my vet charges. With no fee for delivery and no tax, the savings were even better. However, it did take a full 10 days to arrive, which necessitated me having to run to the vet for a small bag to tide my dog over. In the future, I'll have to remember to place my order when there's still plenty of food left.
