Easy to order. Sent when stated and goods received in good condition.

I am really happy with all of the products I have received. The only downside is that one of the items I ordered was not included in my order when I opened the box. I am waiting for it to come after I called about it.

everything about the experience was great, except that the product took longer than expected to arrive. other than that, a very good experience!

Ordered a case of cat food and when it arrived the box was fine but inside the case looked like the box the can were in was torn. When I took the cans out of the case there were 11 out of 24 that were dented. I called and reported it so they were aware of the situation. it looked as if the case was dropped at the warehouse. I was advised that if the cans were N/G in any way to call them back and they would credit my account so the service was great.

I have found the whole process of ordering cat food on line very helpful. Recently something changed on the site and I somehow doubled up my order. I contacted a representative to inform them of the overbooking and she said she would alter the shipment. Unfortunately, she did not do so in time and I received double what I wanted. Whatever you did to the site, please put it back to the way it was which was far easier to handle. Thank you. I have confidence that you will take the necessary steps to make ordering as easy as possible.

I ordered the Dog Gone Smart Dirty Dog Large Doormats & am very happy with it however as someone else stated it wants to catch under the door jam & ours is set pretty high, so I just put another run there & this one on the carpeting right in front of it. I did order my daughter one & she wished the paw was NOT in red
