I recently bought 3 of the lights that go on pet collars...they don't even work!! Such a waste of money. Will not be giving this company anymore of my business or recommend them to anyone.

I purchased these LED clip on lights so I could see my dogs when I let them out at night. It seemed like agreat deal, you got 3 for less than $3.00. When I finally got the product I was pissed that only one of the lights actually works. If it wasn't such a pain to ship it back for a refund I would but for the actual $3 it's not worth it. I won't order anything else from them again though. The company was called Petflow. Beware of that company and their very cheap products.

I ordered stuff from PetFlow and then ordered other stuff from around the same area and I got the other stuff long before I got the things I ordered from PetFlow will not order from them again if the service is that slow.

I bought orjin red and my dogs appeared to like it, but one of my dogs wouldn't eat his morning meal and I thought I would change to either another Origin flavor. PETFLOW SENT ME A 30 POUND BAG OF EXPENSIVE DOG FOOD WITHOUT WARNING. The only notice they sent was AFTER they posted the product and it could not be changed to something else. This is not the kind of company I want to support. I now have 30 pounds of dog food my dogs don't like. Pet Flow tricked me once but they will not do it again, they lost a steady customer.

The thunder jacket did not help. I am very disappointed because there was no receipt enclosed with the order and no directions for returning it.

I made my initial order from petflow on a friday and was told that I would be getting my supplies the following tuesday. This never happened since after checking with fedex (who said they never received my package) and then checking with peflow (who said fedex lost my package) I was disgusted and cancelled my order.I thought that ordering thru the internet would be fast and easy but this turned out not to be true (especially from petflow). I have ordered thru internet from other companies and did not have any problems.

I was very excited to find this site and to see that I would have my items in 2-3 business days. I recently moved and could not find the brand dog food for my pet. I was running out and needed the food within the week. This site was perfect .... But, no. After waiting 5 business days I called and was told the food I ordered was not available at the west coast warehouse and needed to be shipped from the east coast and therefore it will get there when it gets there, they can't reship express, tough luck basically. I asked for a supervisor as I was sure they could express ship something and got a voice mail box and of course, no return call. One would have thought I would have received an email stating the delay and proving me alternate options. Not sure I will use them again.... Know of more dependable, customer oriented sites. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The LED light was garbage. Out of the 3 that I bought, not a single one of them worked. You might as well say that I threw away $7.91 that could have been put to GOOD use.
