The prices and doorbusters are excellent. I would definitely order from them again. I would have given Petflow 5 stars but it took 9 days total from the time of order to receipt.

Rug came fast, was color as ordered, however, should have called and reported that the big PAW is not in center but more to side of rug. A miss print and have not used rug yet since purchased for RV. Should have called and reported. Other than this rug seems to be as reported to be.

I really like the rug I received, although it is much smaller than I pictured it. I even measured it out on my desk to see what it would look like, so that was a surprise. But it is very good quality. I have 3 German Shepherds and the youngest one has decided we bought it just for him and lays on it all the time. So in that way and in the quality - it is a success. The shipping was great - it came very fast!

wasn't sure about ordering this without seeing it firsthand, but did it! Didn't take long and it was delivered- I put it down by our front door and love it!

The website is easy to navigate. The products are adorable. The ordering is easy. The shipping was F-A-S-T!! The carpet is luxurious. My only "meh" is the flimsy, unsafe-due-to-the-BALL-shaped-mouthpiece for the mustache. I will order from them again; I will, however, be more careful to investigate the products, first.
