I have to say I am bewildered. I set up our shipments and received them in a timely manner. Our first reason for going with Petflow was the cost effectiveness. we also told many folks about Petflow. Last month I called as there was an estimate cost for future shipments and it showed a rise in cost. I called and the gal we spoke with said the cost probably would not happen, that was just a computer factoring. This month we receive our shipment and out original cost went up almost $10 since we joined approximately three months ago. Although we understand there may be rising costs, almost ten dollars difference seems a bit high. we are now shopping around again and found a local store who will be most likely fulfilling our needs when we start running low on the food.

I ordered on Jan. 4 and requested delivery the following week. I called on that Friday and they said shipment was going out on the 18th. Not good because I had to go out to the store and purchase food

I thought having the litter and catfood delivered to the house would be easier, then I fractured my hip and cannot carry the items up the stairs. Boxes are too heavy. I am going to discontinue this service.

My first order. Big bag of dry VERUS and canned VERUS excellent dates-expire dates. However the box of dog treats and chews are a year over expire date. Makes me worry now about how good products are and do not like giving my dogs year expired food as i spend good money on quality holistic food for them. You would assume someone in the company has a job to check expiration dates before they send out our orders. I should contact the company and ask for a refund on these two items

I like the idea, but prices change with no notification and there is no email when a product is on backorder. They really need to notify their clients of this and give them an opportunity to select a different item for replacement.

I was happy to learn that I could have my dog's prescription diet food shipped directly to me by signing up for automatic delivery with Pet Flow. Unfortunately it did not work out. After a trial order of 3 bags of the prescription diet, I received an email saying my account was being credited for part of the amount due--no explanation as to why. Upon calling I learned the I would receive 1 of the 3 bags I ordered, but that Pet Flow would not be stocking the food I had chosen until distribution problems could be solved. So I am back to scouring my local vets to purchase my dog's specialty food--I had so hoped I could do business with Pet Flow.
