My pups were excited to get their treats and liked them all!

I was able to receive 2 large bags of dog food for less money than any of our local stores charge here on Long Island with no extra cost to deliver right to the front door. Hooray.

The product was delivered very timely. We were able to obtain the best pricing we could find online because we found a coupon to use. (A discount and free shipping) Without the coupon we would have paid quite a bit more at full price and the cost of shipping.

Things went smoothly, although i got the email saying that my cat food was shipped and i would be receiving a tracking number but never got that email.

I ordered Greenies for my shepard mix since she just can't live without them as an after dinner snack. It was my bosse's birthday, so I ordered a pooper scooper for him but it was out of stock. The Gentleman I spoke with said it would ship as soon as it came in and he not only gave me 15% off, but waived the shipping fees as well. All in all, very pleased with Pet Flow and will order again.

While I was very happy with the savings on the Feline W/D over what I pay at my vet, it took almost 2 weeks to receive my order. I had to call 3 times to make inquiries. Each time, the rep was courteous, but no one knew why my order was taking so long. I will continue buying from PetFlow, but I hope the service improves.

Very wonderful merchandise with good descriptions. My only reservation is that the tendons I ordered came unlabeled -- they should have a label.
