Good product, but too high a price and manipulative discounts
The PetFlow cat litter that I ordered is quite good and I appreciate having it delivered to my door. The pricing, however, was very high with "free shipping" offered one orders totaling just a dollar or two above what one large bag costs. This is a shameful attempt to manipulate me into ordering TWO bags of something that I had never tried before. I will not order from this compnay again. Shame on you, PetFlow.

Pet Flow doesn't give a darn about their customers needs!
I placed an order for a 35 lb. bag of Verus dog food, a RED Kong squeak toy, a Kong giraffe toy, and a Kong monkey toy. I specifically advised that I did not want any deviation from my request, and if they could not honor my request, they were to delete that specific aspect of my order. I e-mailed twice and called twice. I spoke with a young woman and I spoke with a young male. Neither of these two people told me that they could not provide me with my specific request. Obviously, the Pet Flow people did not have a red squeak toy, because they sent a blue one. They did not care that I HAD to have a red one. They sent any color that they chose for me to receive. Their disregard for my needs created a real mess for me! I work night shift. I work from 1930 until 0830, (7:30pm ‘til 8:30am). I had to stay up almost twenty-four hours to shop at local pet store to locate a red Kong squeak toy. Pet stores do not open until 10am, so by the time I found a red Kong squeak toy, drove home, and got in the bed, I only had three and one half hours to sleep before it was time to get up and go to work again. I shop on-line because I must. I have to make a living, and I make my living by working on thirteen-hour shifts at night. I don’t have the convenience of stopping to shop after work, as the only place open to shop is Wal-Mart. Department stores and specialty stores, such as pet stores, do not open until half of my sleep time is gone. I am extremely disappointed. I was unbelievably inconvenienced by the Pet Flow Company.

Eager to help you give, but not to help you receive
Petflow has an "exclusive relationship" with FedEx. This little phrase was repeated to me ad nauseum when I tried to get Petflow's assistance in tracking down a shipment that had gone missing.
Rather than actively troubleshoot the problem, Petflow passively sat complacent on a rehearsed script, repeating to me over and over again how they they never had a problem with FedEx, and subsequently, had an "exclusive relationship" with FedEx.
"How do you explain the missing shipment then? Isn't that 'a problem?'" I wondered. I later learned that it wasn't. It was only MY problem.
Apparently, Petflow's business model is this: collect money from "flow" subscribers, then drop all responsibility when shipments go out the door. Send money - good luck receiving your order.
Other mail order companies realize how crucial customer satisfaction is and how imperative it is that shipments travel and arrive with no complications. As a mail-order-only company you do your best to help when your trusted carrier loses a shipment; when your only pipeline to consumers fails, your reputation is at risk.
I have witnessed first hand companies exercise their exclusive relationships as leverage to hound carriers and hunt down missing shipments for their customers.
Not so with Petflow. They are more loyal to their corporate relations than to their clientele. FedEx decided not to deliver your package? Oh well. We love our exclusive relationship with them.
The final insult came when Petflow assured me that they are always available to answer my questions and provide assistance (?!?!). Too bad they couldn't fulfill that promise; they were as efficient in delivering "customer support" as FedEx was in delivering my order.

Spend the extra money and buy from somewhere else
I ordered 1 med blue harness, 1 black leash with blue light, and 1 med black collar with blue light. I received the harness and 2 collars. I called the company on 2 different days, only to have the music and message continue and it was definitely during their business hours. So I wrote an email requesting the leash I purchased and saying that want to return everything else. They were sending me a leash at no cost and I was to return everything else for a refund. I received another black collar in the mail, still no sign of the leash.
Although they are responsive by email, it's annoying that they can't do a simple shipment correctly. The time and effort to get this correct and send back the wrong items is annoying.
Product feedback:
The harness didn't come with directions and was way too small for my 45 lb. medium dog. The good thing about it was that the light actually was lit throughout the entire section, which it was supposed to do. However, the black products with blue leashes are poorly made. The blue light is brightest by the power source and fades before getting to the other end of the collar. Since I received 2 of them, I can attest that both of these were the same--very poorly made. I sort of saw that on the website and dismissed it, but if you have a choice, don't pick this option.
Bottom line: The prices are cheap because the products are cheap. I'm going to spend more money in the long run, but I know I'm saving myself time and aggravation by not having to deal with this company.

Dented cans are not a goog buy
The first three cans that I have opened were severely dented and I had to use a screw driver to get them open.

Every Shipment Arrived Damaged
I was part of the auto ship club and every single order we got arrived damaged. I don't have this problem with other mail order pet food companies I've ordered from. I've since discontinued doing business with PetFlow due to this issue.

Petflow dropped the ball so many times that it appears they're utterly disinterested in retaining once loyal customers.
Avoid this company until they prove they're serious about customer service.
