poor kobe's cookies were all broken and cans were all dented

Customer service has been great, but the last 2 shipments have had either open dog food bags, or open cat litter boxes. Maybe they should be shipped seperately?

Though they are still expensive, this is the best deal I've found for my kitten's special food. The free shipping is only for $49 orders and up, I wish the threshold was lower.

Since the Order confirmation lacked necessary information about the size of the canned cat food, I was unable to verify that I had ordered the right size can. When I received the order, I found that I ordered the wrong size can in one instance. I wanted to order all 12.5 oz cans, but unfortunately I mistakently ordered a case of Wellness Chicken and Herring Cat Food in the 3 oz cans. Had I been able to review my order, I would have noticed my mistake. Your order confirmation should include the szie of cans, containers, etc.

My order came really quickly but the litter was 2x the store cost. Just too expensive 4 me.

New list of ingredients was glued over the old on three consecutive subscription shippings. Box was pretty beat up. It looks like this is coming from different locations, depending on who has overstock or soon to be expired. Some of the cans in the case interior are dented -- can't figure out how that happens. It's never the ones on the edge or where the dents can be seen. The dry cat food is supposed to be hermetically sealed, but has arrived without that seal each of the three shippings. Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the product itself.

After several deliveries and automatic withdrawls from our checking account, I'm starting to notice price increases on the pet food. I believe I should be notified about price increases. The primary reason I was swayed to petflow was that their prices were so much lower than both pet food stores in our area, now, not so much.
