An offer for .99cents for a bag of Chicken treats for your dog, sounds good right? You're are allowed to order up to 3 bags/household, and then they want to put you on a weekly/monthly basis for your convenience, again sounds good right? Bags arrived with hardly anything in them, i mean hardly anything in them, not even worth the .99cents per bag promotional deal. I wouldn't ever recommend this product or company, go to WalMart and get a butt load for a heck of a lot less!

Well, I recieved what I thought was a GREAT offer on my Facebook page for bully sticks. They were 99 cents each for 6" with a limit of five. As I have my boy Bub and 4 fosters here I thought this was GREAT!! How wrong I was! I ordered 5 paid 5.94 and received ONE bully stick! My order now shows I only ordered 1 so I paid $5.00 in shipping!! I KNOW I ordered 5 as 1 does me absolutely no good! I am emailing all people I know in rescue telling them NOT to order as well as spreading by word of mouth. There is no doubt in my mind my order was changed after I paid! I order from many different sites for these rescues, and PetFlow is now OFF my list of "good to do business with"! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I placed an order with Petflow and tried to use the 30% off coupon for the order. The coupon was not honored and even after speaking to a rep nothing changed. This was a birthday present for my grand dogs. I am quite disappointed. :(

I requested the wellness duck and oatmeal and they sent me the duck and rice and the package was open with the food pouring out from the sides. When I called them to tell them about my problem they stated they don't have the right size instead of me paying the same price they charged me $17 more dollars for an extra four pounds. They sent me three 10 pound bags at 30 each. I can see if they charged me an extra 5 dollars but they took advantage of the item they don't have. I got ripped off and I will never use this website again. I feel they should have contacted me ASAP to tell me that they didn't have the right product.

I bought the LED collar that was black with pink LED's We used the collar that nite to find out the light was bright at battery end an not visible at other end. I did call and you were great an sent another one out to me. we just opened package an this one doen not even lite at all. I think these products schould be checked BEFORE shipping to advoid angry coustermers

I ordered 4 boxes of kitty litter and received 2. The box was open with only half the shipment. I only received 1 tracking number so I can only assume it was to be shipped in 1 box. Please help. Tracking #267225917733183. Order #853641. Thank You. Sean

I should have searched the Internet for reviews of this place -- reviews other than the ones on petflow.com site. I bought 48 cans of dog food. everyone of them dented -- several dents per can in some cases. A couple of cans were literally crushed. this did NOT happen during the shipping process. The box and packaging were fine and not damaged. Customer service wasn't remotely concerned about whether the integrity of the food had been compromised or whether I wanted to return them. Look around for reviews and you will find that they also ship dry dog food and canned dog food with expired dates.

Your Facebook advertisement made it seem as if we would get 5 Bullysticks for .99 cents for a limited time and if we didn't the offer would be revoked. I hurriedly ordered the "sticks" on my iPhone and didn't notice till after the transaction was completed that the offer was actually for .99 cents for "each" Bullystick and your limit was five. The Facebook promo was very misleading and I would have NEVER accepted that offer had I know I would be paying $4.98 in shipping fees for a .99 cent item that turned out to be only one half of the orginial retail size. I will not recommend this product and I will warn all my Facebook contact whenever I spot anymore Pet.flow promotions.
