The first order I place I was extremely impressed with the promptness of shipping and their prices. The second order was nothing but a problem. One item I ordered was not in the delivery so I called them. They said it was being shipped separately. I told them I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks and did not want it delivered. They agreed to ship it when I returned. The item was shipped any way and was sitting on my front porch. I called the company again and customer service promised it would not be delivered and if it was they would pick it up. No one picked it up and it sat there. I then received an email that the item was being delivered on the first agreed upon date. I called and Dan in customer service told me it was a mistake and I would not be charged AGAIN and to enjoy the product on them. WRONG. It was delivered and they charged me for the item. I found the company to be very untrustworthy and/or very poor customer service.

During our six months in the USA last winter, we had no difficulty ordering our dog's prescription diet from Petflow. Great prices and very timely delivery - what more could we ask for? About a month before returning this year, we received an email looking for veterinary details which we supplied and advised by Petflow was accepted. Our vet is in Canada and is the one who placed our dog on the Royal Canin products. The day we arrived in the USA, we received another email stating that they would not deal with anyone other than an American vet - a change over their original acceptance of our submission. They not only cancelled our order due that week but cancelled all autoship orders we set up. They have not responded to any emails and have dropped us like a bomb. In the meantime, we found another supplier with cheaper prices and one who did accept our Canadian vet with no problems. Customer service ZERO and that's not a firm we want to deal with.

I ordered a bag of dog dry food and a whole case of canned food. When I received a package, there is only a bag of dry food. I called customer service. Then I was told the canned food was out of stock. But, there was no any email or phone call to inform me this situation. I had to rush to local store to buy the canned food for my puppy. I believe this is a totally unacceptable customer service!

Sent them several emails regarding leaking cans of cat food. Even though I received two emails in reply saying they were on the case and I'd hear from them in 24 hours(turned out to be several days) a representative emailed me saying they hadn't gotten an email from me regarding the problem. I've switched to Amazon. I don't appreciate being lied to and treated like an idiot, particularly after buying hundreds of dollars in cat food over a two year period.

I live several miles from a pet store that sells my dog food. It's a tremendous help and money saver not to have to chase it down. I love that I can set up automatic deliveries. The price is the same as the pet store and the shipping is free as I order two bags at once. That means I'm saving time and gas money. Thanks!!

I ordered 70 dollars worth of food, including a 40 dollar bag of cat food. The food arrived quickly but the bag of cat food was torn and the expensive cat food was spilled all over the box. I've been waiting a week for a reply from petflow and have heard nothing. I'm very disappointed.

It has been a week since I ordered and still no merchandise on hand. I know it is in transit and has been for 6 days. I have long received merchandise from other vendors, which was requested the samde day at the one in question. I can't say anything about the quality of the product yet.

your ad is very misleading - seems like you like to fool the customer with wording. will not buy from you again.
