Tried Pet Flow to reduce cost on food I must purchase for my diabetic cat. Was happy with entire process ...until the first box arrived (2 cases of large cans of food). The cases were not securly wrapped and were all over in the box, resulting in quite a few dented cans. Dented cans are difficult to store and open. Second order received, the case were wrapped and they arrived in good order. I prefer consistency with a service but will continue to use the service for now.

Ran into a snag w/ getting the RX diet food for my cat in a timely fashion, but otherwise I give them good reviews. Products arrive quickly. 1 item wasn't included but it was because they had run out and they credited me for it. Overall, I think they have a good thing going. I would purchase from again.

I am pleased w/ the promptness in processing & shipping my order. The only inconvenience that I found a bit constraining was picking up my RX from the Vet (b/c their office will not fax to PetFlow), mail the RX in & wait for it to be processed. I was glad that the dog food arrived so quickly though. Nice surprise!

I ordered the Dog Gone Smart Dirty Dog Large Doormat in Khaki. I ordered Khaki and the photo showed all Khaki. When it arrived, it was Khaki with a red footprint. I had read reviews that said someone who had ordered the red, the red color had run when washed. That's why I ordered Khahi. I was disappointed that it arrived with any red on it. The mat in itself is nice and soft. It has not yet been washed so that will be the test. I hope it doesn't run and ruin my washing machine by turning it red. I will be upset if that happens. That is why I rated only 4 stars because it wasn't all Khaki.

One time all natural treat specials & offers of free shipping pulled me in to place my first order with PetFlow. The specials were wonderful, but unfortunately the free shipping doesn't actually apply to those great deals, which I learned at check out. So, no free shipping, but a good source found for mail order all natural treats.

I bought quite a few things for my pups from Pet Flow. I received them right away and the customer service representative on the phone helped me to get free shipping by spending only $2.00 more!!

Box was bashed up a little with it and the bag pierced but that's probably the shipper's fault.

Would have rated five stars if an operator didn't try to talk me into monthly shipments.
