It took forever to get the dog food, I had to buy it twice from a store before it got here. This was the first time, I will see if it goes smoother next time.

The convenience of having my heavy bags of dog food delivered is outweighed by the inconvenience that they are never delivered to my address. Having to keep asking my neighbors for my delivery gets tedious and apparently it's the a courier issue and nothing to do with Petflow. Hard to believe. Will likely cancel

I have been using PetFlow for about a year now. I love having the heavy dog food & cat food bags delivered right to my door!! PetFlow needs to work on the strength of the shipping boxes they use & how they pack them & potentially a different shipping company. When I order dog biscuits they come broken & the bottom of the bag is just small chips & dust. Only once have I recieved an order where the box/bag was not damaged in some way.

Customer Service is Great but the Warehouse/Shipping Dept. Sucks! I have received the wrong item the first time ordering, second order was good, Third order came in a box with only three sides with shipping tape covering the missing side, the cans were damaged, possibly dropped off a forklift? who knows.

Ease of ordering online and having dog food delivered to your front door is great but you certainly pay for it.

Shipping is too expensive

I love your service and your products. I have had a bad experience with the consistency of receiving the go treats. A price adjustment wasnt made and not receiving a replacement. I never changed my order but it was change for me by you and the treats are not on my order anymore and I have to pay for shipping, where before it was free with a purchase over a certain amount.:(

For convenience, selection and price, good marks. for shipping: cost is acceptable. but packaging needs help. more than once I have received a shipment( 2 20Lb boxes of litter, one large bag of dry cat food) where the litter boxes were smushed and leaking. once it was VERY bad and I lost maybe a third of the litter. and really? placing everything in one box? I feel sorry for the delivery guy and I cannot manhandle the box into the house myself. It is unacceptable to have to open a box outside in the rain in order to bring the items inside one at a time.
