The only thing I would mark them down for would be time of shipment. It took over a week for the items to arrive but they were good quality and accurately described on the website.

I bought the pet doormat and love it. It does take some of the mess from our dog and he stands on it while I still wipe his belly off. It is not exactly as pictured though. It is more square than rectangular and I bought the large one which should be 35X26.

Somewhere along the way, we ended up on automatic deliveries of dog food "every month!" We tried to cancel but still see the dog food is listed for monthly deliveries still. Were told it is fixed and we will see. Otherwise, a good place.
