One irritated C.
Terrible company. LATE SHIPMENT, BAD SERVICE. WASTE CUSTOMER TIME. Delayed 1 week to send food. Didn't care Sandy (Hurricane) was coming. Told me it would a "small storm"
This firm is incompetent and rude. I tried to order prescription cat food, a week in advance of Sandy. PetFlow delayed calling the vet until after the storm (Sandy) had arrived -- even though I sent the script on Monday and the vet is in Southern New Jersey. "Customer Service Rep" told me it would be "a little storm" -- and not to worry because it wouldn't cause any problems. (This is what you get when you outsource your labor to India: people who have no local knowledge and limited judgement). Thankfully I gave up on PetFlow.com, and took my WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION (which PetFlow said was worthless) and bought the food locally. PetFlow had absolutely no interest in getting me the food in time. Oh, and they wasted hours of my time. So, net-net: If you like LATE ORDERS, BAD SERVICE and WASTED TIME, then PetFlow is a GREAT CHOICE for you. It is a unique value proposition. Your irritated customer. Dear PetFlow: Please be advised that further correspondence about this order (e-mail, written or via telephone) will be charged at the rate of $200 / time and $250 / hour. You may purchase up to 1000 hours of my time, at these rates, to further discuss the matter. You have already had 6 months to respond and have chosen not to do so in a useful way. Enjoy your lower sales.
