I appreciate the prompt service! I ordered Nature's Logic canned and dry premium dog food. Several of the cans were dented, and I worry about leaching chemicals from the can lining into the moist food. I hope there is some way you can fix the denting problem because I want to order from you because I got the recommendation to you from Zak George dog training videos. Thanks for caring what your customers think about your service!

My order arrived on time, was packed well. One issue I have: these bowls that allow dogs to eat slower are very hard to clean by hand.

Order came soon and was correct. I ordered a rug and a chew stick. The rug is great except because of a how it is made my dog likes to pull the threads in the bottom side of it.

I wish the pile sat a little lower on the mat because it doesn't really clear the door when it is being opened and closed. Causes it to roll up which is very frustrating.

...I called the company to ask a question about my order, and though I waited on hold for about 10 minutes, no one came on the line to take my call. If the telephonic customer service is improved, I'd happily give them five stars.

It was easy and pleasant to order for the first time the exact dog food I wanted for my dog, it came quickly. Happy trans action. Then the trouble began E-MAILS seems like 5 a day, I am constantly deleting my FULL inbox I hate it and have unsubscribed from you!!!! I am still getting them, I doubt whether I will ever order from you again as so many E-mails feels like harassment, I am too busy for such nonsense. My little (3 lb) dog will be well fed for 6 months with the smallest bag you offer. Your e-mails are driving me crazy.
