It was easy to order online and I love having my dog's food delivered right to me (especially since I'm moving and packing like a maniac right now). I had several items in my order, and the big bag of dog food had a tear in the side of the bag, so there was loose food rattling around the box that had to be tossed. PetFlow might consider wrapping the individual items in bubble wrap, or double bagging all dog food with a clear vinyl outer bag as a means of insuring that doesn't happen. There wasn't enough cushioning between the dog bowl and food mat that I had ordered and the food in the mylar bag, which is how the mylar got torn, I'm sure. Otherwise, it was a great experience and, once I'm settled into my new home, I'll switch back to automatic deliveries again. Thanks, PetFlow!

The website is easy to navigate, shipping is free and you save money on dog food. They offer a large variety of dog treats that are rated by various consumers!

I was interested in two different brand foods. One of them was very well priced but the other was way higher than what I pay locally. The convenience is great so, knowing prices pretty well, my approach will be to be selective on what I order. The shipping was extremely fast. I will definately order again. Very convenient. The only thing I did not like was the very persistent person who called me after I purchased to try to set me up with an auto ship on the food I purchased. Not interested in auto ship.

Thus far, every order I've received with PetFlow has had some sort of problem. Twice now, I've received cat litter that was busted open in the box due to poor packaging. And once, I attempted to place my order with a coupon code, which was removed as my order was processed through PayPal. The good thing, is that their customer service has been polite and helpful. I was told that they were aware of the coupon code glitch and were working to resolve it (and my order was credited for the amount). As for the cat litter, customer service promptly sent a new replacement bag. Unfortunately, it too, was busted open. Apparently they haven't yet figured out that a couple of air bags won't protect a plastic bag of heavy cat litter. Overall, PetFlow has the potential to be a good website, but they need to work out the kinks.

I received my Pet Flow rug last week. The size is perfect and the color and design fit well with my carpet. It lays flat on the floor without loose corners becoming bothersome. So far I am completely satisfied with the product. I have not been able to test it's ability to absorb the moisture from my 2 poodles paws yet because we haven't had rain since it arrived, but rain is predicted later today so time will tell.
