I bought a door mat from PetFlow. Price seemed to be fair, the online transaction was easy, it arrived at my house as promised, and the quality seems to be good. We've only had it for a few days so have not had enough time to tell whether it will keep the area by our dog door cleaner or not. My one challenge was that the pictures on the website of the mat, specifically with respect to available colors, were not the best. I bought the brown mat and recognize that this color is harder to capture in pictures. The pictures of the red and khaki mats were a bit better. It worked out OK though and I'm pleased with the mat so far.

I love the service because I can't drive. Just wish prices were lower.

I was very pleased with the fact that the purchase I made was very well priced, but I also received the items in a timely manner. I wll order from them in the future.

I recently placed an order with PetFlow and I was unhappy with one of the products I ordered but I did try and use it so I knew I couldn't get a refund. I wrote to them and explained why I was unhappy with this product and told them I had used it and they were kind enough to give me a credit! Great customer service!
