We have a billing address which is a po box. and a physical address which is a street address. somehow the billing address got listed as the ship to address. after waiting almost 2 weeks I called. I was told they only had the po box. but no one contacted me earlier to inform me they couldn't ship. it would have been nice to have known earlier in order to change the info

I really like petflow but you were out of venison and peas cat food for something like 3 weeks. You did send when it came back in stock, but by then I went out at a store to get some. Also, there was no communication for 3 weeks, so I wondered if my order had been lost in the system. Anyway, if I hadn't gone to buy the food, the cat would have run out of food. Not a huge deal, but it does mean I can't just rely on you for my food purchases.

The prices are great, products come quickly--I'll continue to purchase from PetFlow. However, they need pack their products better for shipping. My order was pretty heavy (60 lbs), and when it was delivered, the outer box was demolished. The 6 sides of the box were not even connected anymore and the bags of dog food were resting on the bottom of the box with a few of the sides draped over. The product itself was not damaged, but if it had been, I'd have to reconsider the service. They should use heavier duty boxes for heavy shipments.

My items arrived very quickly and they were a good value. I would consider regular dog food delivery except that I can still get the puppy food cheaper at my local pet store chain. Maybe I will appreciate more when I have a grown dog with more predictable needs

Prices, timely shipping, product choices, and qulaity products are fine, as is tgere notifications prior to shipment. I have, however, had problems with the website. I am on an automatic resupply plan, but when I try to make changes to my order by using the designated key, there is no useful reaction. More important, I have twice asked that the packages be delivered to my garage door rather than my front door. Twice they have ignored my request, despite assurances. I am handicapped, and these packages are heavy. I have to ask a neighbor to do it for me. This is enough of a problem that I will try another service.

No problems with petflow per say...but shipping took a week, no visable damage to box, but somehow the bag of dog food broke open and spilled inside the box.

The delivery instructions were not followed by FedEx. The package was left OUT SIDE THE REAR ENTRANCE. It was raining when delivered. It weighed 50 pounds .I'm 73 and weigh 86 pounds. A neighbor called to tell me it was out side the building. i would not know it was there, if i had not been called. I hurt my back pushing it in side to keep it from being ruined. I called PetFlow, was told by a nice young lady, she would inform FedEx. She advised me also to call them which I did. Speaking to a local rep, he told me he'd speak to the driver and make sure this does not happen again.

This was my first order so I'm going to give it it 1 or 2 months before I can tell. Pros; easy to use website Prices are good Freight charges are great Auto shipment Cons: no tracking was sent until the day the item delivered Delivered to billing address instead Of shipping address Overall good experience!
