It took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. after one week i called and spoke with a service rep, she was useless. She said my order was out of stock and should ship in two days. after it shipped it still took 5 more days to arrive. I had to go to my local store twice from the time i ordered the bag to get dog food. what is the point to order from you if it doesn't come on time. your website says fast shipping and this was far from it. I didn't receive an email or call to say the food was not in stock. I am very dissatisfied with your company and the lack of customer service. I would hope you would issue credit to my credit card! I cannot refer you to friends or family due to this unacceptable process i went through to order a bag of dog food.

Used a coupon code for $10 off first order. Showed the -$10 at checkout, but charged regular price to credit card. Called customer service and was told they could take it off my next order. Told them I didn't trust them and there won't be another order.

I recieved 2 Spoiled Rotten boxes - one for my dogs and the other for my cats. Neither had anything that was of use to me. It might be helpful to future customers if you asked for more information about the animals receiving these "treats". The only questions asked were, "how many dogs do you have?" and "how many cats do you have?" With this limited amount of information, there was NO WAY for them to know what kinds of things to send. I have cancelled my order for further shipments.

I bought the led safety harness for my two dogs roxy who is a daughtson yorky mix wich I consider a small breed. Skylar who is a shepherd collie mix wich I consider a medium breed. When the harnesses came niether of them fit also they didn't come with any instructions on how to put them on. I will never buy anything from your site again

I ordered my led pink lights in Dec. I was informed they was on back order. When they came in and shipped out the lights were retuned to petflow with no explaination. I then gave my PObox and my order was sent back to my house address. Now Petflow has refuned my money. I want my product I ordered. If you order from this co. all I have to say is GOOD LUCK!!

I made a small purchase on the website and chose a shipping method which was switched out without my knowledge to a service that could not deliver to my address. I had to find out the package was already returned to and in their possession through the tracking website. When I tried to communicate the problem, no effort was made to rectify the situation and the e-mails were instead filled almost entirely with advertisements for more products. One of the worst online transactions I have made.

don't order from them. they are unreliable and you have to pester them to find out about your order. it was four days after the order when i contacted THEM to find out the item was out of stock. go elsewhere!

First I purchased cat food. They sent me dog food. Than I called to fix the order they said they would fix it and charge the previous card for the difference, b.c for some reason cat food costs more than dog food. I never got the cat food. Instead they shipped dog food to my billing address, which I listed separate from my shipping address. I will never order here again. That was a waste of time and money, and I was waiting for a literal hour before I got a real person on the phone to try and fix it. Never contacting them again.
