I have now ordered prescription dog food on three occasions . Since three parties are involved: the vet for verification, Petflow for the initial order, and VetSource for approval and delivery the entire process was lengthy and frustrating and we ran out of supply. I don't know who held up the orders so long. I received messages that VetSource was having trouble contacting my vet. It turned out that the vet had in fact verified days before. I like the service and convenience of home delivery, but I am thinking of ordering directly from the vet in the future.

I really like the rugs. First rain today so will be the big test. The ordering sequence was confusing. There was no verification that my order had been submitted. I did not get an email confirmation so I placed the order again and ended up with 2 orders for the same goods.

The pet mat is great for our slobbery pups, but the nap us too tall for our doors to open over it, so we've had to find alternate uses.

Actually my pets totally enjoy Pet Flow products and I enjoy the fast delivery of items very soon after ordering. I cannot rate Pet Flow with five stars since I often regret the ordering process and am realistically thinking about finding another supplier. The check - out procedure is the culprit, redirecting the buyer to annoying offers and other bullying tactics that only confuse and frustrate the buyer's experience. This annoying, bullying behavior on the part of Pet Flow is definetly going to push me way.. soon.
