I like petflow for the most part as they offer better quality cat food for less than other sites, and free shipping. However I do usually get a notice that something is out of stock AFTER I get a notice that my order has shipped. I could have easily gone in and changed my order to make sure my diabetic cat has enough food for the month. This is a loss both to petflow and me and my cat. I also just ordered a bag of dry food (before grain) that had "BEST BEFORE DEC 25, 2011" on it ( I placed my order a couple of weeks ago in FEB). It will take her forever to go through this bag and having it "expired" is not acceptable. I feel that they should send me a new bag that is not expired.

Easy to set up repeat orders, but it was sent to my billing address instead of the shipping address shown on my order.

When I first started using PetFlow, it was convenient and helpful to have our cat food and other items delivered to our home. Last month, some of the items we ordered were out of stock, so I received an email telling me the situation and a credit for those items. This month I only received half of my order, no email stating the situation and was charged for all the items...no credit issued. NOT happy.

I am uncomfortable rating PetFlow at this time because they have not had time to rectify the situation. This was the first time ordering from them. I had a large order and it arrived in two boxes. The large, heavy box appeared flimsy and was tattered. It did not appear sturdy enough for the weight. The large bag of dog food in that box was torn. I would give one star for the packing of that box. Also, a $50 box of bones is missing from my order. I have emailed them promptly and am anxious to see how they respond. I have set up an auto delivery order but will surely cancel if I am not totally satisfied with the service.

While ordering is convenient, the products came and were opened before or during shipping...cat litter EVERYWHERE! Not worth the clean up.

i got a cert. from groupon an hav not been able to use it so im very frustrated i got emails from ur company saying wher to enter the cert. # but when i go on tha site to order ther is no lacation to put the # only thing that comes up is wher to put a coupon code...so as u can see im not happy. other than that seems like a good site

Your service is very easy and seamless. I love the option of buying online and having my dog's food delivered to my door. However, I have cancelled my deliveries with you because of FedEx. My first order was placed and received it in a timely manner from FedEx, however since then I have had nothing but problems with FedEx deliveries. I have tried discussing this with FedEx and they don't consider that delivering to rural people who depend on deliveries are important enough to efficiently make deliveries to us. I receive shipments from UPS on a regular basis, if there is a problem with UPS delivering to us, they call and discuss it. If I have to go pick it up from their office, they have even made special arrangements for that. FedEx on the other hand won't even answer phone calls and their is only 1person who can get your package for you and if that person isn't there you don't get it. PetFlow please look at additional options for shipping and I will come back as a customer.

I ordered several items for my Lhasa Apso, Sasha who is a 17 pound 2 year old dog. The canned dog food came well packaged and the expration date was in 2013 so that was great, the bag of hard dog food is going to expire in a couple of months! When I purchase my dog food at our local feed store it has an expiration date of a least two years, which allows me to buy a large bag, also the bag was torn. I also puchased two dog toys. One of the toys was suppose to have a squerkers in it but those didn't work, which was very disappointing! The other toy (ball) was pictured as if it had something in it, which it didn't it was empty, diasppointing. In the future I will order through my feed store, but I thought I would give this a try since I got a coupon through Groupon, which I love!
