Set up recurring auto-ship and this company makes it nearly impossible to cancel!! Convenient that you can order online but need to cancel, oh no, now you have to call and call a phone number no one ever picks up! I have been listening to really bad music for 17 minutes now and still have not connected. This is definitely a racket and set up to make sure you keep paying their inflated prices and not be able to get out of it! STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered some dog food from petflow and they said that it was 100% gar. that you would get your money back if you wasn't satisified. My dog didn't like the food and I ask for a refund and they said if you have opened it we can't give your money back. How do I let the dog taste it without opening it???? I have lossed 58 dollars that I didn't have to throw away. If you want to lose money or throw it away, order from them.

My order was placed on 4/3/13 and I have not received by 4/15/13. I can see why free shipping is free - order never received.

The new retractable leash I bought only cost $5, plus shipping...the ad said it was worth $20-not so much-it broke the very first time I used it for my Jack Russell Terrier (NOT a big dog)-will not buy from this company again. The $5 leash deal was not even worth the $5!

The website states that you will have your items in 2-3 days. This is not true. You will receive your items a week later at best. When calling customer service, I wanted to cancel my order if I was not going to received it by 3 days and they promised I would. A week later...my order came, very disappointing. Customer service needs to be made aware of processing and shipping times.

My first time ordering was SO frustrating- I was led to believe I qualified for a ten dollar discount on my fairly large order BUT when I entered the code -no matter how I did it -the code was rejected. After three very frustrating attempts I gave up and completed my order without the discount. I will of course NOT be a repeat customer. I have both a dog and a cat-you lost a potential good customer over ten dollars-HOW STUPID on your part!!

I haven't received my order yet. Im not sure if it's stuck in the mail, but it's been two weeks now.
