I was a bit disappointed in the light up bone for the collar. I put it on my dogs collar and it was off within 2 days. Otherwise, everything I purchased was as described.

Pet flow has some great deals on dog treats and I have purchased through them but the wording for their promotions is troubling. I recently received one that offered 20% off and free shipping. Wow, I thought, that's great! Well, the 20% off required a $17 purchase - no problem but when I had over $20 in my cart and tried to check out I found out that the free shipping part of the deal required a $49 purchase. I understand they are not in business to give stuff away - but I wish they would be more straightforward with their specials, I always come away feeling slightly 'tricked' by the small print. I would appreciate a straightforward discount or none at all and just consistently low prices.

I ordered my companion's food on Friday and it arrived Monday! The only thing I wish is that the prices were a little lower.

I have placed a few different orders, for rugs, etc and I like what I received. The special dog food I need is less expensive. I am quite happy with Pet Flow.

I liked everything I ordered from Petflow. The toy I bought Logan only lasted 5 minutes, unfortunately. Once I figure out the rate at which we go through food, I will consider ordering through them for that too.

I was using your web site every 2 weeks. Then my rders were coming slower and slower. So I ordered from Chewy.com to see if it's any faster. I got the same free shipping but it only took 2 days to get my order. The last tiem I ordered from you I ordered on a Thursday or Friday and rec'd my order on Wed. I ordered from Chewy on a monday and got my food on Wednesday. I'm sorry to say Chewy.com has the same prices with faster service.

I have decided to try PetFlow again. The experience has improved some. The boxes arrive barely in tact but the products are not damaged like they used to be. A little extra tape should solve the problem. How long it takes to actually ship the food is inconsistent. It can be a day and it can be more than a week. That makes it hard to plan and I end up going to the store for food when it doesn't arrive for a couple of weeks after ordering.
