The website is easy to use and filters down to the brands we love to give our dogs. I have ordered from this site multiple times and all of our orders have been 100% accurate. The only thing holding this back from being a 5 star review was our last shipment. Canned food and treats were in the same box, the carrier roughed up the box, 2 of the corners were busted open. We verified that the order was complete, the downside was that some of the bags of treats were now just crumbs. In the future could you review ways to better separate the canned foods from the dry food and treats?

What I do love when they have FREE shipping!!! But over all great low prices.

I live in SC and ordered food for my cats on a saturday. I know it cant ship until monday (the first business day) but the food did not arrive until thursday. Other sites that Ive used that are further away offer 2 day shipping for free after a certain dollar amount and always arrive on time. However, your price was better.

I have a cat with IBD and need special food that I can find at PetFlow. Everything goes smoothly when I am ordering. A couple improvements which would make this 5 stars: 1. Don't make me enter all the credit card and contact info every time. I would like it if PetFlow recognized my computers and me automatically. 2. Delivery is too slow. I waited a week or more. I am used to delivery within a couple of days from Amazon.

Even though the prices are a little higher buying online, it is worth it to me to have the selection and delivery to my home.

I was very pleased with how promptly my order was delivered to my door. My dog used to inhale her food. From the first time we used this new bowl she's had to work at getting her food. Not only has slowed her down which decreases her risk of bloat but you see her working out the best way to get to all of her food. The bowl itself is very sturdy and I love the rubber feet that keep it from sliding all over the floor

I bought dog food because it was a very good price. I of course had to get a couple of toys which they love. I also took advantage of the low prices on treats but I was disappointed on the size of them. My Springer had them gone as fast as I gave them to her. Even the bully sticks which usually last awhile. That is why I rated you 4 stars.

Glad I could get prescription cat food for half the price and free shipping! Will be buying from them in the future :)
