I was thrilled to find a website offering discounted pet food and items.However, iIt is a little annoying to be hit every day or so with sale offers. So far I have made two purchases. The dog food was a great deal and the ability to get the lower price and delay the shipping until I wanted the item was key as I didn't need it right away. I had to go to the manufacturer's website, however, to look up crucial product details as this was a new food I wanted to try for the dogs but needed to know protein levels and ingredient profiles. I also bought some bully chews for the dogs and while the prices were good I was limited to 3 in most cases. I also ordered a heart worm preventative and it will be interesting to see how well the process goes getting my vet to send a prescription to them. And again, I went to a competitor's website to compare the various products to see which one was best for the dogs. Nothing has come yet so I can't comment on speed of delivery. My suggestion is to provide more info for today's educated buyers, many of whom want good prices (yeah free shipping) and lots of information.

I ordered dry cat food that should last for more than one month. So I called and was given credit for my next order.

Great assortment of products. Well made. My dogs love the treats I have purchased. Can be a bit pricey so when you can catch a sale, stock up!

Price was great, service was great, timing was quick but the shipping box was flimsy with 60 lbs of dog food in it

Being deployed I love that I can get online and send "surprise" boxes to my fur baby. He is staying with my parents while I'm gone and has been enjoying torturing his "sister", but he is nice enough to share all of his toys. By being able to order and send toys to them for you, it helps in keeping the "peace" between those to "monsters". My dog loves the toys and treats since he is not allowed to have people food due to allergies so having a plethora to choose from helps keep him happy when he can't have what others do.The only downfall to this was finding out a couple of the things I had ordered for them were out of stock, while this isn't a huge disappointment, it is something I would have liked to know about prior to placing my order instead of finding out when the package shipped.
