I had a wonderful experience with PetFlow. My Cat, Max, is on a special Hill's prescription diet for urinary issues. It is very difficult to find c/d cat food where I live. I found PetFlow on-line and ordered chicken stew, tuna and ocean fish. I uploaded the prescription from my vet and food was ordered, except tuna unavailable. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will continue with PetFlow.
