The treats have been great. But I was surprised to be missing one.

I ordered 2 cases of canned cat food. Half of the cans of each case were too dented to stack or even open with a can opener. I was at least promptly sent a return label for FedEx, but now I have to take the box to a FedEx office myself, and order the food all over again from another seller. I'm really surprised and disappointed that I received a shipment in this condition. Edit 6/25/14: I received a call from Jeremy at PetfIow first thing in the morning, saying he did not like the outcome of my complaint, and really apologized. He told me to keep the usable cat food, and that they would send me out a new order promptly. I added a star, and will add more when the new product is received. If that happens, and the product arrives in good shape, I will be really impressed with Pet Flow and especially the customer service. Edit 7/1/14: I received the new shipment in great condition. The customer service upped the stars to 4. If all goes well with my next order, I will give Petflow 5 stars.

Free shipping with any order of $49 and that is super easy to accomplish with their excellent specials, many of which are well over 50% off. I bring my dog to work with me at an insurance office and often search Petflow's specials for little dog-related gifts I can give my clients. Petflow has been very fair with me when I had complains, often giving me credit and not asking me to return items. I will say that Petflow's canned food prices are the same as my local retailers, so its easier for me to just pick up what I need at the store instead of having to buy 12 can cases.

I had to return my last order because FedEx has stopped releasing packages at my non-doorman Brooklyn apartment building, but in my dealings with Petflow during this ordeal, their customer service team was excellent.

I ordered a 25lb bag of dog food, a case of wet food and some trachea's for my two dogs. Everything arrived as expected although I thought the shipping was slower than other services I've used. I took a day and a half to fulfill it seemed like where as others fulfill same day.

Unable to find this version of Diamond dog food at a local store, all good, because now we just sit at home and wait for it to arrive. Not so sure UPS carrier is as delighted with 5, 40 pound bags of dog food arriving all at once.

I got the cutest booties for my babies so their feet do not get burned on the sidewalk. I like the fingertip toothbrush because my Halo is not always ready to cooperate when time to brush his teeth.

I have only ordered a few times but so far all products are good. my dogs enjoy them.
