Nice idea for a company, however I thought the selection could have been better. i also had trouble finding the products i wanted to buy. The categories could have been easier to navigate. Also, one of the items I purchased wasn't available and because of that my whole order got delayed (for more than an understandable amount of time). My poor doggie was here with no treats for quite some time waiting for the shipment. I actually had to go and make a SPECIAL trip to the store to get her some treats. I thought the purpose of this site was to eliminate that???

The delivery was OK. However, the bag opened when I pulled it out and it spilled all over the floor. You should make sure the bags are secure before shipping.

Great service, but the box the 30lb bag of food arrived in was in bad condition and the bag was about falling out. The pricing is less for the food my Saint gets than at the boutique pet stores, but more than I pay getting it through the rescue I got her from (proceeds go to help the rescue, too).

We have had deliveries before to Carlisle PA 17015 that shipped to us from your PA (or east coast) warehouse... and arrived overnight or within a couple of days. Our last delivery came from NV? and took 6 days.... I would like to understand why are you sending items from NV?

The website was easy to use, The prices were good. However, one of the bags of dog food was 1 month past it's expiration date

On February 28, 2012 I received an e-mail stating that order #340475 will be shipping soon. If you want to make any changes, click here. Since my younger dog is no longer a puppy, I wanted to switch from Puppy Dry Dog Food to Adult Dry Dog Food. Therefore, I clicked as requested, removed Puppy Dog Food and added Adult Dog Food. Product is as promised, but took over a week to get to my house (and only had to go 2 states). Packaging was good--protective.
