Good communication and they get my orders to me very quickly. Often have very good prices and deals.

I found that the prices and the products offered by PetFlow were excellent and that the items were received without damage. However, I placed a large order that was not shipped for a week. No reason or update was offered so I had to call to find out what the reason for the delay was. There are still two small bags of dog food that have not yet come and the reason is that they will be shipping it from the warehouse. Perhaps, if there is a reason for a delay, it should be expressed in an email to the customer. I will use PetFlow again, though, but will anticipate that there may be a lapse in time between placing the order and receiving it.

Like the convenience of delivery but prices are jacked up to compensate for it. If they lowered prices only 10% they might be more competitive.

I think you know that t the cat and dog portrait t shirts are wonderfully and horribly kitshcy and they make great gag gifts.

Excellent work again I was on a schedule but with only one dog vs 3 no need for food every month and you don't have Kibbles & Bits but got a GREAT deal on buffalo ears & strobe light

Cat treats could have been easier to chew. I have an older cat plus kitten and they did try to chew on it but it wldnt budge but for the price we paid we really don't care. U get what u paid for. It's not something that wld keep me from shopping here again.

The website is user friendly and easy to efficiently place an order. Product selection is good and delivery to my door was perfect. Prices are reasonable and comparable if not slightly cheaper tthan the major retailers.

You guys have great customer service but a poor return policy. I ordered 3 tee shirts. I discussed sizing on the phone with your representative. When the order came one tee was shipped in the wrong size. I tried it on before I realized it was the wrong size. The others were the right size but when I tried them on they were too big. And because I opened the package I can't return them.... You sent a tee to correct the error immediately. Still I am left with 2 tee's I can't wear. Disappointing.
