1st I haven't gotten my order yet & 2 NOT happy that this free shipping thing is limited to only the 3 items I purchased. I was under the impression that all future orders regardless of the order's contents would be shipped free

If you really spend a few min.s too look on the site,you will find some decent deals,however, I was expecting more wholesale type of prices...also I got billed on the 16th this mth,but as of today,the 21st,still no pet food :/ so you have to gauge the days by at least approx. 5 days out for shipping time, IF your RELYING, on the food being there for your pet, and if your not RELYING ON IT? IT'S still not seeming like there is that much of a perk here..I may quit soon if I find better deals on my dogs,'ROLL',of food..she's quite old & it's her SPECIAL treat, besides the VERY occasional bits of REAL,beef or steak .

I did place one order and it was delivered when they said it would be. Everything was packed very well. Their prices are quite high, however. I have found the Blue Buffalo dog and cat food cheaper almost everywhere else, I guess you have to pay for the convenience of home delivery. All in all, I don't think it is worth the extra money.

Federal express delivered the package to our front door. Had I known before my dog that would have been alright, but my dog ate through the box and the bag of dog food too! After comparison shopping at both Petsmart and Petco, the dog food was cheaper at both stores. Toy was crushed and bent from the 33 pound bag of dog food sitting on top of it. The entire experience was so so. Had the prices been cheaper it would be worth it to continuenhaving it delivered by Pewfflow regularly, but I think I am going to cancel my standing order.

I first used Petflow thanks to a Groupon last month. Because it's still about $10 cheaper than buying at the store even without a Groupon, I've stuck with it. So far, I've had 4 deliveries. Like others have said, they botched the charge on my credit card for the first order, but it's been fine since. They were kind & helpful about it on the phone when I called to address the charge. I do like this as a cheaper option, & a more convenient one since it saves me a trip to the store. BUT I have a few significant complaints that make me say: you get what you pay for. I'd recommend it, but only half-heartedly. (1) Poor packaging quality. Every single shipment I've received has included damaged cans of dog food. Every one. The cans are crushed in transit because the packaging isn't high quality. These cans are tough to open. (2) No warnings about price hikes on repeat orders. To me, this is an honesty/integrity issue. I think Petflow owes it to repeat customers to warn them if the cost rises on an item they've signed up to receive regularly. That way customers can make informed decisions about whether to continue the service.

Nice people--good prices, but, my most recent order of the cat's urinary diet food still hasn't arrived.I gave 3 stars reluctantly but two stars seemed a little harsh.

I order the same dog food every month and every month there is a different total.

Took a week to receive from order to ship date, thought it would be a little quicker. Cans were all separated and out of the wrapping in the box - disheveled. Not in their proper cases with plastic wrap, a little disappointed.
