Great product. My dogs love the food and dog chews. Took a week to get from Henderson, NV. to West Yellowstone. We thought UPS ground would be quicker.

The brown paw-print rung I bought is the best rug I have ever had, I really really like it. It does not show dirt and does it job! I will probably purchase another one.

The order arrived in a timely fashion, but was missing one of the two things I ordered...I made a quick phone call and the missing item was shipped (and arrived) immediately.

What caught my eye was the price (I had been getting it at my Vet) This makes it easier to have it delivered to my door. I need this kind of food to keep my dog from having more surgery. She is prone to forming stones in her bladder.

Overall, I really like the service - easy to set up, quick delivery, good prices. My only complaint is your boxes fall apart when picked up which makes it very difficult to transport my order up to my apartment from the mail room. Otherwise, FANTASTIC!

We are pretty satisfied, especially with how quickly we receive the food. However, recent orders had non-vacuum sealed bags. They are always vacuum sealed. This bothers us. Also, two orders ago, a bag had packing tape covering a long cut in the bag. That is unacceptable. Like we have said, you service has been pretty good. But lately, it seems to be having problems. If this is not fixed soon, we will use another service to order our dogs food.

Gives me more time to spend with my family and I don't have to worry about running out of dog food. The auto delivery is great!

There prices are unbeatable, I order from them often. The only complaint I have would be the shipping time. They use to process the order & ship it next day. Not anymore, They wait a few days, It will say order shipping for at least two days. They never ship on the day they are suppose to anymore. They've gotten extremely slow! I placed two orders this week, one on tuesday & one on wednesday. I should of had one delivered today but because friday is a holiday. I won't get them until monday. They need to improve their shipping time to what it use to be. I only live one state away from them in NJ. If it wasn't for the shipping time I would've given them five stars. I still love PetFlow!
