Great site when they have specials. A little pricey when they don't and you can't use coupons.

This is my 2nd order I love the puzzle bowl I bought for my gobbling Rottweiler - it really slowed down her eating! I did not receive one thing I ordered but it was not that big of a deal - some porky pizzles LOL. It also took a longer time to arrive than I'm used to - and I order a lot of stuff online. That being said, now i will expect a long time to ship. My dogs loved the buffalo ears so ll in all, I'm happy as a clam - or a Rottweiler!

We have three large dogs and love our paw clean rug. It stays in place well and has kept a lot mud off our floors.

The items that I bought are fine. Seemed weird that the chew sticks and bones were just laying inside of the box with no bag or wrapper of any kind

I put a delay on the food as I wanted to get to use up what I had first. However the sale was great and I didn't want to miss out. As I am partially disabled having the opportunity to get large bags delivered will be great I will be happy to review after I get the food and check the manufacturing date Also I don't belong to facebook nor do I want to

Ordered two giant bags of Science Diet catfood to get free shipping. Box was pretty beat up upon delivery. Upon closer inspection, one bag expired 9 of 2015 and one bag expired 11 of 2015, meaning one bag had been sitting on the shelf for two months longer than the other! Not sure why I didn't get two bags from the same production date. Definitely will be opening the 9 of 2015 bag first! Check all expiration dates! Otherwise great!

I ordered the largest package of dog food which was 44lbs. That is too heavy for me to pick up. It was so nice to have it delivered to my doorstep. Thank goodness I have twin boys who are teenagers to help me get in the house and into the smaller canister. I felt so sorry for the UPS driver to have to carry that heavy box. It is so nice to have a company offer discounts for a better quality of food. Having a Mastif/boxer mixed it is important to me she gets a better quality of food. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of how long it takes. I think the UPS man came a day later than expected. So next time I will be sure and order well in advance.
