It is taking 2 weeks to get my product once shipped. It's too hard to set a regular schedule when you can't rely on getting it within a certain time period.

Pretty fast shipping and products are good. They need to pack boxes better. I ordered cat litter, the box was damaged and letter every where. My last order of cat food, the box was partly open but items were not damaged. Great price on shipping though.

Petfolw is what you'd expect. Saves you from having to run to the store for your pets food. It's not the cheapest or fastest option but if you plan ahead and don't mind paying a little extra for the conveniace it's a good service.

I am still waiting for delivery of the food. I'm blind and expected it much more promptly. So today (Easter) I need to find someone who will drive around until I find the old food so I will have enough for the "transfer period." I would have had enough if you delivered more quickly. I think it has been over a week.

When I spoke to the salesperson, I felt very disconnected. I ordered a few things, online and explained I was trying to use my group-on coupon. After giving her my order, she totaled the entire amount, which was different than my total. I would have preferred to get another item, so I did not have to pay the shipping. This was never mentioned. I inquired but it was fluffed off.

I have been using pet flow now for 5 months? Nice not to have to keep going to the pet store but they don't carry everything I need so still have to make a trip or 2 a month. Then they were out of my specific brand, I tried to modify my order to have them send something else. Thought I had done everything right but never did get my 'new' order.

This was mail to the wrong address! A neighbor just stop by and gave me the box! there only 3 house on my street. This was deliver to some other street. Thank god,they were honest! I f not I would have not receive it. So i'm a little disappointed. Looked the label was right! Donald D.

Pleased that our order arrived right on time with accurate contents; however, as other reviewers have noted, part of the order (canned cat food) arrived damaged. Several of the cans were badly dented - it sounds like Pet Flow needs to improve its packaging. Otherwise, very convenient! I love that you can sign up for automatic delivery with a frequency that suits your needs. Please improve the way you pack your orders, Pet Flow, and we will continue to buy!
