I used PetFlow abot 4 weeks ago and thought they were great. Then I received reminders that the products I had ordered before were getting ready to ship again. I needed to change one of the items and didn't want 3 separate orders when I could put them all into one order. That's when I began to run into trouble. It's difficult to substitute and impossible to combine 3 orders into one as I found out. I thought I'd succeeded because I'd received a message that my order was ready to ship. I waited and waited and it never came. I finally called and was told there was no such order. Thankfully the individual I spoke with was on it immediately and shipped my new order right away.

My package came with everything I ordered, but....the package was so heavy it was broken open when I got it. I couldn't lift it. Also one of the packages of cat litter had a hole in it so cat litter was all over the box and everything in it. Although I had these problems I will order again, it's very convenient.

The products available are pretty extensive, delivery was fairly quick and prices are good. But the web site is just incredibly user unfriendly. For one, there is NO navigation, and as a web design student, this is one of the first things we learn about! You can't have a site without navigation! You bascially have to know the brand name of what you want in order to find anything easily. Sure there's the search bar, but you still are taking shots in the dark about what they might carry. For example, There is no way for a first-time user to know if PetFlow carries anything besides bags of dog food. Did you know they carry toys and treats too? I didn't. I discovered this by accident. Give users a place to navigate the site, and PetFlow would be a 5-star experience.

Your packaging needs to be enhanced. The fed ex delivery is always mangled with the dog food barely contained. The last delivery was better with two separate packages for two bags of food, but still was coming apart.

I like this website and have ordered twice but as of today, I am still waiting for my delivery. I think it takes too long and probably won't order from Petflow again,

My shopping experience was good but when I received the product the box was damaged. It made me wonder if the product was authentic.

Every order comes delivered with something wrong or broken with the packaging.

I purchased a Groupon Coupon for $30.00. I was unable to redeem this entirely at check out. I called the Customer Service rep who then took off the shipping charge. OK. So now the discount is $27.14 still not $30.00 and I had to call and make a fuss. Perhaps their site was not set up correctly....or was this intentional. Hmmmm. Otherwise, I was pleased with their product selection and their timely delivery.
