I received my order from Petflow in record time, but the order was either from stale products or something happened in shipping. The two bones were rancid and the dogs wouldn't even chew them until I cleaned the meat off them, and they eat any kind of bones they can get. The greenies were so flexible, I could bend them in half, and the only good thing was the bully stick which was gone in a matter of 1/2 hour. I was so disappointed after what I paid and there was no paperwork in the box with the products. I will not be shopping at Pet Flow again.

This company sucks the big one.
I was a customer of Pet Flow for over a year, getting a prescription diet for my doggie automatically shipped every 4 weeks. Each shipment was about $95.00. Three different times my order failed to show. The first time, was the first order. It took 3 weeks, to receive the order. I accepted this as getting established. Everything went fine for about 9 months. I didn't receive a scheduled order. I called Petflow, and was told they been trying to contact my vet to get a new prescription. They said they had heard back from my vet. I found this odd, because the vet is super reliable. I asked for the name of the person they spoke too. They gave me a Veternairy practice I've never heard of. I told them I gave the name of my vet and all contact info when I first registered. They lost the info, and picked a vet out of thin air. I could have quit them then , but my dog needs the prescription food, they promised to get it to me quickly, so I said ok. The last straw occurred this week. My doggies prescription food didn't arrive. I called Petflow, and was told the order was cancelled by the customer. I told them I'm the customer, and the only one who calls them and I didn't cancel the order. They offered to ship another order. This time I found a new supplier. If you love your pet, and depend on receiving the order when required, find someone else.

They shipped a 5 month expiration date on the 25lb NOW Senior dry food I ordered. I thought it was unfair not to changed it to at least 12-18 months fresh big bag. The want me to pay for shipping of $
They are now claiming that it's alright to sell food with even a 3-moth expiration date. My 2 dogs are pretty small and a 25lob. bag can last me a year. I buy bigger bags to save money. I have been buying my supplies from Pet Meds,, Pet360, Pet "Food Direct,, etc. for at least 9 yrs and they always give me fresh dry food with expiration dates ranging from 14-24 months. II suppose Pet Flow is not concern if my dogs might get sick if I feed them with expired food .

After two weeks and no merchandise rec'd , I called to track order. They were holding order for items they said might never come in. But I had rec'd an email asking me to rate their company. Obviously they didn't realize I had never rec'd my order

Wont buy from you again
The products I purchased were poorly made. the collar with the reflection light is already fraying. it also slips out of the tightening link, so my dog has lost his collar while at home in his yard, twice thus far. The only reason I have this collar is to hold his tag and if he had gotten out I would have lost him. The other product I purchased is a small light that is shaped like a dog bone and blinks works ok, but one of them was damaged and I had to repair it so it could be used. It's not worth sending back due to the expense of returning, so you win and I lose. The treat toy is very light weight plastic, and it is easily tipped over (I guess I expected it to have some weight to keep it stable) so no need to flip open the hiding place. Also the little flaps that hide the treats are easily dislodged rom the toy.

Buyer beware! Don't order any food or treats in their promotion. They almost expired!
I order some Natural Balance dog stew from Petflow during their doorbuster sell. There is in no where in the promotion mentioned that the food is expired soon. How soon, I received it on October 22, 2013 half of this order is expired on Nov 4, 2013. And this is not just an overlook or mistake they made. They obviously know the food is expired soon and want to sell them fast. If the food has at least 3 more month before expiry, I won't make a big deal out of it. But two weeks? What a joke!
At the final step of the check out, they even ask me if I want to double my order and give me a further discount but again, not mentioning the food is expired soon. So, now I got 40 case of dog stew, half of them expired in Nov 4, the other half in Dec 14, 2013.
I emailed petflow, they said the food is not expired. They will not refund the money. This is an awful experience. I will make sure everyone aware of this problem. Never but from petflow again!!
