They have a great variety and good prices, but our free two day shipping for spending ($59) took over a week, when we actually needed it in two days. We ended up having to go to our local store anyways.

I have no problem with the anything but your packaging is horrible. The boxes you pack products in are way to flimsy. This is the second I have received a shipment. The first time the boxes were half opened and falling apart. This second time, as before the boxes were falling apart and there was a gash in one of the litter boxes and litter was flowing all over the inside of the packaging box. If you are going to ship, use boxes that are sturdy. If this continues I will rethink my business with you.

My dog loves the food, however the delivery truck has delivered the last 2 times to the incorrect address. Unfortunately both times animals have chewed into the package to get the dog food. Other than that, the food is great.

Petflow has very reasonable prices for the products and on time delivery. However, the delivery guy just dropped it over my gate, didn't even bother to open the gate to place the item In front of my door. Because the box are thrown over the gate, some of the cans I ordered were damaged. I don't know if they have their own delivery man, but delivery needs improvement.

My order was received in a timely manner but all of the cans were dented. I don't like dented cans & do not purchase them so why should I get them by mail!

I was pleased that I received one of the bags I ordered in a timely manner although the website boasted 2 day shipping on orders over $59 and for some reason I did not get that. Then once I did receive my order one of the bags of dog food was not included . After looking at the box more closely it stated 0 quantity shipped for that item so I knew it wasn't supposed to be in there. I reviewed my bank account and I was not refunded for the dog food. Upon calling, I was told that the warehouse it was supposed to ship from was out but the other one had it and they would get it out in 2-3 days. Not sure when I was going to be notified about this.....a little disappointed but the customer service rep was nice and easy to get a live person on the phone.

We recently brought 2 siberian huskys into our family - We decieded to try and give them the best start with the best food . After much research my wife decided on Wellness Puppy - a bit expensive but non the less, Your prices are the best around . Even recently when moving to a different brand of dog food - Again you have it in stock and again; at a better price . Our only issue is the Shipping times , it seems from the time we place the order - it takes up to 2 days before it ships out , thus forcing me to go to the local " chain " pet store and purchase additional food from them . We love the convience of When calling the customer service staff is most helpful but they cannot speed up shipping We are trying to set up a schedule but when ordering my item and then having to wait 2 days before it ships out - does not help us in this effort .
