Easy ordering, fast delivery and great products!

I have used PetFlow twice now and the speed of delivery is amazing. I love the convenience of ordering online too!

Petflow was an easy website to order from, and they have awesome prices and discounts. They ended up not having the normal food that we get our dogs, but I did decide to upgrade to Blue Buffalo because of the great price. The food was delivered two days later too!

It was great I did tell my neighbor about it she has two dogs very conveniet hopefully she will order soon.

One item was missing. I ordered; LED Pet Safety Lights - Make your pets visible! (Video Available) White LED Light (99% OFF - MAX 3 PER HOUSEHOLD) 3 $0.01 $0.03 but only received 2 Also, I ordered many small items, they were loose and rolling around in the bottom of the box. Would have been far better if you'd placed them in a bag before packing into the box.

For the most part everything was great, I'm not very computer savvy, but this website was easy to navigate through. I had no problems finding the things I needed or making my purchase. All the products were great, as well as the feedback on them, the only thing I would improve is the fact that it didn't tell me how long for delivery after I made my purchase and it seemed to take a little long.

Hey, while I loved the ease of shopping on the website, the packaging and shipping where shall we say, not the best? Our new puppy's crate packaging came totally damaged (not the crate itself), and the LED pet tags I ordered were lying loose in the box (well, actually, it was only one of the two), and I could not find it...the tag had gotten stuck in between the flaps on the bottom of the box...the packaging was horrible. BUT, I LOVE the all weather, dirty dog rug I got, and will be ordering 4 more from PetFlow...I'm hoping the packaging comes through a lot better! The shipping was fantastic as I got my stuff in 4 days!
