I Love the idea of the light I bout for my black light to see him at night in the yard but everytime he jumps, runs or scratches it cuts off.

I have a huge dog, and buy his food which comes in 44lb bags. I have used Petflow a couple of times before this and have frequently found that his food arrives way before time, and I have the issue of how and where to store it. Other issues have been with pet treats that have been mouldy or arrived in crumb form. I love the concept, but have had several instances of disappointment with the reality of the service provided.

Every time I get canned food, the cans are severely dented. I have complained and actually asked for a refund. Every time I am assured it wont happen again, but I keep getting dented cans. This is a health hazard. Dented cans allow microorganisms to enter and they can multiply and cause severe illness and even death in an older pet. This must stop!

The food was delivered in 3 days which was acceptable. The box that the (2) 15 lb, and (1) 7 lb bags were pkged in had broken open......... luckily it was a sunny day....not raining.. I don't feel the pkg was strong enough to withstand shipment, either the cardboard or the packing tape. Then when I checked the exp. date on the Blue Buffalo cat food, it was well within the time, but the lot was actually 2 months older than what I got at my Tractor Supply Store, at $ 4.00 MORE per bag of Blue Buffalo #. So I may order from you in a pinch, but wasn't overly impressed.

Found some unique items but pricing is a bit high. I had to tell PetFlow (via their facebook page) that they had mispriced two items. Could be better, could be worse.

I ordered two bags of dog food. They arrived on time but the shipping carton was heavily damaged. It had been repaired with tape somewhere in its journey. The potential for a kibble disaster was high. I will order from PetFlow again and hope the problem has been solved.

Petflow shipping takes too long. All orders through petco and petsmart takes 2 days to arrive at my location. Petflow prices are also not that great unless you have a good coupon from Petflow.

Cat Lover's Soul prices were good with the auto-shipment, but the shipment timeframe options were too restrictive. In order for me to qualify for free shipping (min. of $59 order), i had to order 4 cases. That's 4 months worth of food for me, but the longest interval PetFlow would allow me to input was 12 wks (3 months). I was able to go into my account & update the intervals after it was all set up, but it was more time-consuming than i wanted to spend. Why not just allow longer intervals when the order is placed? In addition, when the first order arrived, several of the cans were dented on the bottom of the first case i opened. This has never happened with any other companies i've ordered from. I haven't opened the other 3 cases yet to see if there's additional damage. I also don't like that you can't see the full price of your cart, including shipping and taxes, unless you're already registered and until you're signed in. I, for one, like to see the bottom line price before i make a final decision, and i don't want to have to sign in until i'm actually ready to order.
