PetFlow.com's service was great, but our cat won't have anything to do with the hammock.

The reason people shop online is to get the best price. There is no such things as website loyalty when ordering dog food. I go to PetFlow.com when they offer the best deal. I recently utilized their 20% off deal to load up on dog food for six months. Shipping was fast and product was delivered as advertised. The e-mails keep coming though. There should be a two tiered e-mailing list. One list for alerting people of deals for dog food only, and another list for all the suckers that fall for the fake $0.01 deals. I'll keep using PetFlow however, because they will usually offer the best price for what I need.

I ordered some grain-free cat food (at a GREAT price, I might add) for my male cat who has FLUTD issues. I ordered a case of canned food, a bag of dry, and a toy (needed five more dollars to get the free shipping!) My order was marked as shipped, and it arrived without the case of wet food. I went to email Petflow, when I received another shipment notification--the canned food was being shipped separately, despite the fact that the invoice for the first shipment stated that it would be included. Weird, but not really a problem. Once the canned food arrived, I noticed it was not exactly what I had ordered, but fed it to my cat anyway. He didn't take to it. I contacted Petflow to ask them about my order, and whether they were still carrying the food I had originally ordered. They promptly responded, stated that they had inadvertently shipped the last of their stock of the old formulation of the food, and offered me a credit for what I had paid. I'm a little disappointed they didn't have the food to ship to me right away, but I am very pleased with my interactions with their customer service. I will always be back!

Everything I ordered arrived really sooner than expected. All the items were as I ordered. My dog is probably too large for the toy I got for her(German Shepherd puppy). She promptly turned it over and got all the cookies out of it. Really like the dirty feet rug. Does seem to be helping with the dirt tracked in. Over all was a good purchase on all. Thank You

I order a different product and set it up on auto-ship. I already had auto-ship on a different product. So I didn't need two auto-ship with different products. So I had to call to get the one I didn't want cancelled. If two auto-ship are on for one customer, allow one to be cancelled without calling.

We were very pleased in our purchase of Nutro dog food from PetFlow. The price was very reasonable and the speed of which our purchase arrived was perfect. My dogs, Lex and Leah are certainly enjoying their meals. Sadly though I had to take away their credit cards so they wouldn't keep buying more. Thanks

I bought several varied and different items for a Tibetan Terrier puppy. I had never tried this site before, and the sale was the factor that begged me to try their products and service. I got a nice variety of play toys and food products, some great and some were only so-so in my pups eyes, but the service was great in mine, so it was in all, a good shopping experience with great product!
